All of our cabins are located on the lake, however, 2 of the 3 larger units and RV sites are within viewing distance of the lake and just a hop, skip and jump to the water!
Recreational vehicles with electricity, water and sewer - $25.00 per day plus 10% hotel tax.
Campers and tent spaces with no electricity, water nor sewer - $15.00 per day plus 10% hotel tax.
There is a portable toilet on premises, however, there are no outdoor showers for campers and tenters.
The two (2) day minimum stay is negotiable for RV, camper and tent spaces.
Weekly special rates apply - stay for 7 nights; pay for only 6 nights.

Our cottages are NEWLY RENNOVATED air conditioned/heated one bedroom (with queen size bed), bath (with standup shower), full kitchen (excluding oven) and living room. There are trundle beds in the living area that can be used as two twin size beds or one king size bed. Pricing per day for two (2) people and $10.00 extra for each additional adult...maximum 4 adults per cabin for sleeping accommodations.
Two (2) consecutive days or more - minimum $85.00 daily plus 10% hotel tax.
The two (2) day minimum stay is required for cabin stay; three (3) day minimum for holidays falling on a weekend

Our larger units are air conditioned/heated mobile homes all with two bath. Each mobile home will sleep 8 comfortably and is furnished with linen, dishes and flatware.

LARGE GROUPS AND FAMILY REUNIONS:
Groups may reserve the entire grounds for an additional $50.00 per day. Campground will be closed to the general public.
A $50.00 fee may be assessed to accommodate daily visitors.
All lodging facilities must be rented or guaranteed by the group.
We are family owned and operated and have a strong desire to make your time with us memorable!! Family time is so very important, we have put together a library of cards and board games for your enjoyment...as well as outdoor games, such as Horseshoes, Washers and Croquet.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
There is a non-refundable pet fee for animals - depending on size - call for pricing.
There are picnic tables, bar-b-que pits and outdoor fire pits.

Directions to Black Rock Cottages:
Heading West on Highway 29 between Burnet and Llano, TX, 2 miles past the dam on Lake Buchanan take Ranch Road 261 to the North (only direction it goes) toward the township of Tow, TX. Approximately 2 miles from Highway 29 (and just beyond the intersection of Ranch Road 261 and FM 1431), Ranch Road 261 will make a hard right curve...Black Rock Cottages are just beyond the curve on the right. If you get to Black Rock Park or Llano County Park...you've gone .1 mile too far. Turn around and come back!!
